Incorporated in Yichuan Bureau of Industry and Commerce in May 2017, Henan Baoyan New Materials Co., Ltd. is at No. 7 Jingqi Road, Yichuan Industrial Agglomeration Zone. The planned land area is 357 mu, of which the phase I project covers 167mu, with a total investment of RMB 1.2 billion. The establishment of the Company in Yichuan will promote the transformation and upgrading of the local industry from ordinary abrasives to superhard materials, optimize the adjustment of industrial structure and facilitate local employment.
Henan Baoyan New Material Co., Ltd. is invested by several authoritative experts in the diamond industry. The Company has its own intellectual property rights and good technology in the key links of press manufacturing, raw material supply, synthetic technology, post-processing methods and sales channels of the whole industrial chain of superhard synthetic diamond.
Commencement time and completion time of the phase I project: March 2018 to May 2020. As of June 2019, the completed investment was RMB 420 million. 56 sets of 650 presses in No. 1 main workshop have been put into production and 2 sets of 800 presses in synthesis workshop have been put into operation; post-treatment workshop and type selection workshop have been put into trial operation; and road hardening in the plant area has been completed, and the production and marketing system is smooth. By the end of 2019, it is planned to complete the installation of 80 sets of machines, complete the production of 400 million carats of diamonds and generate an income of RMB 80 million. By 2020, 150 sets of presses will be completed and 1.2 billion carats of diamond will be synthesized, with an income of RMB 150 million.
It is planned that by 2025, the project will be completed, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 carats of artificial diamonds and 4 billion carats of abrasive grade diamonds, 1,000 sets of machines will be installed, the annual output value of diamonds will reach about RMB 1.5 billion, and the profits and taxes will be about RMB 300 million.
